it going. The federal government is certainly getting more
active in auditing for compliance with over $50 million
recovered from employers in 06 and even more activity in 07.

SPEAKER BIO: Robert Anzalone
is Vice President, Business Development and a Managing Partner
of Gaucher Associates. Bob came to Gaucher
Associates in 2000 after more than 20 years in corporate
Human Resources for organizations such as TAC Worldwide, Mariner
Health Care, R.D. Gatti and Associates, Boston University
and
Howard Johnson Company.
Bob is a graduate of Boston University and has been
a member of the faculty of Bentley College’s Center for Executive
and Professional Education. Bob’s client activities
are focused in the areas of Employee Relations, Wage and
Hour,
Employment Law Compliance and Human Resources Management
