George Mullin

 

• George’s expertise is the result of over 40 years of human resource experience within

o recruiting,
o outplacement,
o employee relations,
o employee communication program development,
o Affirmative Action Program installation and e
o extensive direct compensation service offered organizations throughout the United States and Canada.

• He has consulted government sector, health care, service and manufacturing organizations in areas of compensation planning, job description and evaluation development, performance standard setting, communication and policy development. Large organizations with multi-facilities to small service companies are part of his consulting background.
• George has developed and delivered a wide variety of training programs and courses in human resource management and management development from college credit offered courses, public seminars, and in-house briefings to full eight to ten session courses. George has been evolved in forums and roundtables throughout the New England area.
• His background includes holding positions with the Associated Industries of Massachusetts, The Employers Association and AAIM of New England in an Executive capacity for 35 years.
• Prior to George’s association experience he held Human Resource positions at the Kendall Company, The St. Vincent Hospital, Servend Silers and Sanders Associates.
• George is a graduate of Suffolk University BSBA in Business Management and Cornell University in Labor Relations.
• He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Bridgton Academy in Maine and a member of the Board of Advisors of Worthen Industries.
• He is active in our association as well as NEHRA, SHRM and IRCHA.
• George is retired at the present time and is investigating a variety of business and educational options.
