Bob Murphy

Bob is the Founder and President of Human Resource Partners, Inc., a management consulting firm in Natick, MA.

• Involvement with the companies’ management team provides additional senior management experience and focus on employee development through enhanced communications, programs, and policies.
• Prior to that he was employed for over twenty years by Hills Department Stores at their corporate offices, in Canton, MA.
• Responsible at various times for all the human resource functions including

o Personnel Relations
o Employment and Regulatory Compliance
o College Relations
o Benefits Administration
o Compensation
o Training and Development.

He is associated with the following associations:

• Member of the Board of Directors - The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE).
• Involved with several committees as chair and/or member.
• Facilitates Manufacturing CEO groups on business issues;
• Member- Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce;
• Member- Westborough/Northborough Area Chamber of Commerce;
• Member- MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.

Bob is also a guest lecturer at universities and other groups; publishes articles on numerous human resource topics including sexual harassment, just in time human resource management, and organizational downsizing.

He is frequently interviewed and quoted in area newspapers.
