Marc Terry

 

Marc is an attorney with the firm of Mirick O’Connell in Worcester, Massachusetts.

• Marc represents the Firm’s public and private sector clients before numerous state and federal agencies, including the Labor Relations Commission, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Civil Service Commission, State Ethics Commission, National Labor Relations Board and Department of Labor. In addition, he represents the Firm’s clients in labor arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations. Marc also advises clients with respect to the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, COBRA, wage and hour laws and other state and federal employment related statutes.
• Marc is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the Massachusetts, Boston and Worcester County Bar Associations. He is also a member or the Leadership MetroWest Alumni Association Steering Committee and the Economic and Workforce Development Committee of the 495/MetroWest Corridor Partnership. Marc is President of the Worcester Chapter of the Suffolk University Law School Alumni Association and a 2004 Graduate of the Leadership MetroWest Academy.
• Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell in 1999, Mark was Counsel from 1998 to 1999 at the National Association of Government Employees, IBPO, IBCO, IAEP, NHCU, SEIU, AFL-CIO, Worcester, Massachusetts and Assistant General Counsel from 1997 to 1998 at the Service Employees International Union, Local 509, AFL-CIO, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
• Marc received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1996 and his B.A. from Boston University in 1991.
