With over two decades of experience guiding professionals through change, Julie has become a trusted voice on self-leadership, adaptability, and human development. Her work is grounded in the belief that in a world of accelerating uncertainty, the most essential skill is the ability to lead yourself first. Drawing from research in adult development, the science of adaptability, and real-world professional reinvention, she helps audiences reframe change from something to survive into something they are uniquely built to navigate and shape.

She is currently authoring her second book, Lead Yourself First: How to Find Clarity, Courage, and Direction in an Unpredictable World (expected 2026), a field guide for navigating uncertainty and stepping into possibility.
