SPEAKER: Margaret Stockley, CEO
CONTENT: How does stress form, and why is it a challenge for HR to recognize an employee’s signs early and do something to stop it? Recognizing that everyone responds differently to stress depending on personality, cultural background, social circumstances, and past experiences, Margaret Stockley, a wellness professional with over 25 years experience in wellbeing, will highlight research that promotes positive behavior change and offer evidence-based tips to implement with employees to reduce workplace stress.
SPEAKER BIO: With over 25 years in healthcare and wellness education, Margaret has developed a results-oriented approach to help small and large organizations implement strategies related to employee health and productivity.
In addition, she is a wellness consultant at the Aspire2 Wellness Group, an instructor at Harvard Ed Portal, a member of the Worksite Wellness Council of MA (WWCMA) and a volunteer on the WWCMA annual conference committee.
