Many employers are interested in employee well-being programs but often find they don’t know how to develop a successful program or cannot engage employees in the program they implement.

 

Debra Wein, founder and CEO of Wellness Workdays, will discuss where wellness programs are headed in 2020 and the key elements employers should incorporate into their programs. She’ll also highlight why incorporating specific trends into an overall wellness program is important for employee engagement and outcomes. During her engaging and informative session, Debra will outline best practices for implementing a successful wellness program and provide attendees with an overview of the best practices and current trends organizations can use to make their programs fun and engaging while delivering meaningful outcomes.

Debra Wein, CEO and founder of Wellness Workdays, is a nationally-recognized expert on health and wellness and has designed award-winning wellness programs for organizations across the country. Wellness Workdays’ clients include New Balance, EMD Millipore, Putnam Investments, Cape Cod Healthcare, Brown University, the Maine Department of Transportation, Rockland Trust and Norway Savings Bank. Wellness Workdays recently acquired OMC Wellness, a Maine-based coaching organization boasting 20+ years of demonstrated health and financial outcomes for their clients. Debra was recently quoted in The Boston Globe and has been interviewed in many television and media outlets on various aspects of corporate wellness and health. Debra holds degrees in nutritional sciences from Cornell and Columbia Universities.
