WHEN: Tuesday, October 16, 2018
Registration and Continental Breakfast 7:45-8:00 AM
Meeting 8:00-9:30 AM
SPEAKER: Michael McKenna, Founder and CEO of Comprehensive Benefit Administrators
CONTENT: Employee health care benefits are the second highest expense for most employers behind payroll. One of the toughest decisions organizations have to make is how to offer reasonable benefits without slashing the budget. This seminar will review what is really driving health insurance increases. Also, the program will illustrate how employers can use this information to enhance the benefits offering for employees while lowering their overall healthcare spend. Lastly, we will review an actual case study of a local employer who increased the value of their benefits programs while reducing costs!
