  Have you ever found yourself in a position at work where you are at odds with an employee, co-worker or customer? Have you ever wondered what you could do proactively and in the moment to de-escalate the situation? This exercise-based workshop focuses on exploring how you can anticipate conflict and how you can best respond to these difficult interactions. We will focus on helping you identify the type of personality and/or situation which poses the greatest difficulty to you, understand your reactions, explore relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills and develop a strategy for responding to these difficult interactions.

SPEAKER BIO: Mr. Sagor is a mental health counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience in a multitude of mental health settings that includes working in residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics as well as doing community and home based therapy. During his time in the Employee Assistance space, he has worked with numerous companies and their employees in a clinical, consulting and training capacity. He now oversees all company operations and staffing as the Managing Partner for Comprehensive EAP.

Mr. Sagor is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as Certified Employee Assistance Professional. He holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Assumption College.
